About the position
At Olivia, we are looking for someone who wants to work part-time as a companion/respite provider for our clients in Uppsala. Working hours vary according to the client's needs. This is a side job, and we cannot offer a full-time position.
As a companion and respite provider, you will act as support for the person both at home and in the local area, as well as during various activities that contribute to joyful, rewarding, and developmental moments for the individual.
We try to match interests between you as an applicant and the person's interests/needs, and currently, there is a greater emphasis on support during training. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could mention any specific interests, talents, or skills in your application.
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged, as personal suitability is of great importance.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working within LSS
To be employed, you need to have a BankID. Many of our clients also request that you have ordered a criminal record extract to present upon potential employment. Employment rate: 8-22 hours per month, 6 positions.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

The information regarding the first extract must be presented in paper format at our visiting address. The digital version can be sent directly to the responsible recruiter at the time of the scheduled meeting.
